Is your CBD a full-spectrum/whole plant extract, synthetic, or an isolate?

Amish Reserve CBD products are made with whole plant cannabinoid extracts including terpenes and other compounds. A study done by the Haddasan Medical School at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem compared the effectiveness of the whole plant vs isolate/purified and found that more anti-inflammatory material was bioavailable in the whole plant extract. This is how we are able to produce the highest quality  CBD products in the industry.

Our Line of THC free CBD products are equally impressive, and are designed for infusion with pharmaceutical grade cbd isolate.

Do I need a special license/permit or medical marijuana card to buy products from Amish Reserve?
You do not need a medical marijuana card. Anyone 18 or older can purchase products online, or in any retail location.
What other cannabinoids and compounds are found in your CBD products?
Amish Reserve full spectrum CBD products contain CBC, CBG, CBN, CBDA, CBDV, CBLA, THCV, etc. These cannabinoids are not psychoactive and contribute in conjunction with CBD to provide the entourage effect throughout the system.  Our products also contain naturally occurring terpenes, essential fats, vitamins, and other beneficial compounds.
What other ingredients are in your CBD oil?
Amish Reserve CBD oil is made from 99.9%+ (pharmaceutical grade) isolate, or a properly formulated full spectrum distillate. We utilize MCT from organic, fractionated coconut oil, in addition to, natural flavoring, for a simple, 3 ingredient tincture.
Should I be concerned about shipping?

 We ship all items via First Class USPS. There is usually a 1 to 5 business day processing time before your item is shipped; we do not process orders on the weekend. USPS does not guarantee shipping delivery date. 

We helped set the bar when it comes to shipping with USPS. We’re not worried about it arriving safely, and you shouldn’t be either!

Can I pass a drug test using products from Amish Reserve?
Although it is possible and likely with moderation of use, we make no guarantees that you will pass a drug test. To read more about how drug testing works using products with less than the legal limit of THC which is .3% please do your own research. Amish Reserve takes no responsibility for any failed drug test claimed by customers.
Are your products legal in the United States?
YES our products are 100% legal (where permitted). All of our products are derived from legally grown hemp, considered legal worldwide, and the use and/or possession of this our products is either deemed legal or is unregulated by drug enforcement agencies and governments. In the United States, the use of industrial hemp categorizes the oil as “food-based/dietary supplements” and as such is perfectly legal.

Unfortunately if you live in Idaho, Kansas, or Nebraska we are unable to provide you our products as these states have laws restricting or preventing Hemp Based CBD products.

Have products on AmishReserve.com been approved by the FDA?
No CBD oil products have been approved by the FDA. They are, however, stringently regulated and must comply with the provisions of the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act as regulated by the FDA.
What type of CO2 extraction do you use?

Amish Reserve uses subcritical and supercritical extraction/fractional distillation for our premium isolates, and other cannabis compounds. This is performed by using certain temperatures and pressures which extract oils at the precise point needed to produce the highest quality/purest product.

Where do you source your hemp from?

Our hemp flower is grown in controlled light deprivation greenhouses located in Ohio and Kentucky. All the plants are organically cultivated and free of any synthetic additives, nutrients, and pesticides.  We utilize no-till farming practices which are known for their benefit to soil, environment, and all surrounding plant and animal life.  Not to mention it produces the highest quality end product.

All biomass(outdoor hemp) meant for extraction is grown in Ohio.

Can I give CBD to my pets?
Yes you can, please use pet specific products for best results.
Does Amish Reserve provide international shipments?

At this time we do not ship or sell internationally. All sales and shipments must be within the United States. We also can not ship or sell to individuals in the following states: Idaho, Kansas, and Nebraska
