Shipping & Returns

We offer fast shipping to anywhere in the United States. All items ship via USPS. We ship all orders within 1 to 5 business days of payment to allow time for order processing and packing. At times there may be additional delays due to weather and other events out of our control such as power outages, internet outages, etc. Please allow between 2 to 7 business days for delivery. Please note that the USPS has been experiencing delays and has stated that packages can take up to 14 days for delivery.

Returns

You may return new, unused, and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund; however, we do ask that you pay shipping for these returns. If the return is a result of our error, such as if you receive an incorrect or defective product, you will receive a full refund for the item as well as shipping costs. Any alterations to product packaging will result in the company’s decision to deny a refund.

Exchanges

If your item is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival, we will exchange your item at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, you will receive your money much more quickly in many cases. This time period allows for the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), as well as the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If for any reason you do not receive your refund after 14 days, please contact us at orders@amishreserve.com and let us know. We will do everything in our power to resolve the issue immediately.

Amish Reserve does not currently provide sales or shipping outside of the USA.

State Specific Restrictions
Amish Reserve does not currently provide sales or shipping to Idaho, Kansas, or Nebraska due to state legal restrictions on CBD.
